I'm attempting something I've never seen done before, ranking oysters from every coastal state in the United States. In this episode, I'm starting with New England, tasting oysters from different coastal states while comparing flavor, salinity, sweetness, texture, and overall balance. Are they actually different from state to state, or do they all taste the same once you shuck them? We're going to find out.
